The idea that the festival and light go together is not new. The city as “who knows what” perfectly fits the mysterious arretos<\/em>. It cannot be described, spoken, transcribed in its entirety. The language of the city will not encompass it, the city can exist outside of language, just as it happens to us. From this kinship of dark corners comes such easy familiarity with the City.
